The American Music Tourism Act Is Now Law.
The American Music Tourism Act, signed into law on October 9, 2026, formally integrates music tourism into federal policy, promoting domestic and international travel related to music. While it doesn’t provide direct funding or guarantees, it encourages independent artists and venues to harness tourism potential and explore collaborative economic opportunities within their communities.
