Just listened to the Chris Shutters interview & enjoyed it & really like the part about how to get more of the cash flow to the musicians.. Chris also mentioned Mark Mikel who I’ve known since HS in 1976 & is IMO one of the most talented musicians the world should know. He & Chris playing together are magic. Mark’s old band The Pillbugs is one of my favorite bands ever. Their 1st release was a double release with 32 songs though it’s probably 30 years old at this point, Mike Portnoy has called it one of his top 50 albums. Self taught & plays probably 30 instruments & has written recorded & produced 100’s of songs & played with some of the greatest over the last 10 to 15 years & most recently wrote & sang 3 songs on the last 2 Alan Parsons albums thanks to his best friend Jeff Kollman AP’s lead guitarist & Jeff’s band Cosmosquad. Sorry for the long winded response but hoping you might think about doing a segment with Mark & since I mentioned Jeff (who I’d guess you know of) a segment with him would be great also.
