The single “Floyd,” released on the five-year anniversary of George Floyd’s murder, stands as a deeply felt response to injustice, memory, and the ongoing need for reflection and change. That same year, he also released I’m Gonna Love You No Matter What, his first full-length album in 14 years. The album marks both a creative return and a continuation of the path he has been walking for decades: honest songs, lived experience, and music made with purpose.
