It’s a busy blues weekend!

If you’re up for a little road trip, there’s also the 1st Annual “Barbecue Bob” Blues Festival and Barbecue at Walnut Grove United Methodist Church in Walnut Grove, featuring Funky Bluester, Mudcat, and Jontavious Willis. There will also be a headstone dedication. That is where we plan to be. Honor the elders!

Friday

Vintage # 18 is at Darwin’s and George Hughley & The Shadows are at Blind Willie’s. Kerry Hill is at Fat Matt’s and The Advantaged Butlers are at MoonShadow Tavern .Lola is at Northside Tavern. The Breeze Kings are at B’s Cracklin’ BBQ and The John Pagano Band will be kicking it hard at Sportsline Bar and Grill in Lawrenceville.

Saturday

John Michael Rose is at Darwin’s and Sandra Hall & The Shadows are at Blind Willie. Swap Raw Deal is at Fat Matt’s and The Tyler Neal Band is at Northside Tavern. The Donna Hopkins Band comes to The Hungry Ear Coffee House in Sandy Springs and The Breeze Kings are at Matilda’s in Alpharetta. The Breeze Kings are also at Old Fourth Ward Fall Fest and Lantern Parade at 1 pm.
